I'm cooking since 1960

I am an Italian Chef specialize in Southern Italian cuisine, since I been in California ( Los Angeles 1993) I adopted the recepes that I learn from my family wich the origin are from Sicilia,Calabria and Napoli.

In the '97 I moved to Cabo San Lucas,BCS,Mexico and I build Capo San Giovanni Restaurant wich became very famous.

Now I decided to change and follow the people trend.

Mangia con me me is an invite of Chef Gianfranco to have dinner at is home and understand what means one authentic family of South Italy. There is not a menu, is Gianfranco's choise. You will be recived at as a freind and not a client.You and you party because mi guests will eat , drink and have fun just like a family of Calabria, Naples or Sicily. We w'll drink limoncello and sing open throat lustly " O SOLE MIO"!

Only adults party of six 6 or combination of people who like to sit next an make new friend.
